We are currently looking to hire experienced residential & commercial Sales & Leasing Property Consultants.

 Candidate will be responsible to:

• Identify & Manage property-listing process.
• Introduce himself to potential prospects, understand the need, follow up’s.
• Ensure conversion of leads to clients by managing the end-to-end process starting from client cold calling, property viewing, and agreement signing.
• Coordinate with financial institutions on mortgage - if required
• Shortlist and arrange to introduce the company services to corporate entities.
• Property Listings, market valuation check, provide valid data to our clientele
• To carry out day-to-day functions of sales & leasing in specialized area
• Draw up tenancy contracts, Legal agreements between buyer & seller
• Property viewings, Estimate current market value, collect necessary property info
• Compare property with a similar properties that has recently sold in particular project in order to determine right current market value
• Advice clients on legal rights, market conditions, valuation, requirements on the particular property and discussing circumstances of the nature of transaction
• Promote sales of properties through our marketing channels, online portals, web listings
